Hello! My name is César Bittencourt, and I specialize in maternity photo shoots.
My profession is always a challenge. Expecting a baby brings a whirlwind of emotions to women.
Some feel radiant with their new body curves and enjoy their baby bumps. However, due to significant hormonal fluctuations during this period, anxiety, fear, and anguish also appear.
Self-esteem is affected; the body undergoes a metamorphosis: breasts become sore, legs swell, weight is gained, and the spine suffers.
As a photographer, transforming pregnancy into a magical experience and boosting the shaken self-esteem of the expectant mother is my mission.
It’s very rewarding to see their emotions when I publish the photos. Self-esteem is rejuvenated, and feelings of euphoria and happiness return.
It was precisely these feelings that I felt when I learned that my photo had been awarded in such a prestigious international competition, considered one of the most relevant in the world in the maternity and family categories. After receiving the award, local newspapers in my city covered my achievement, which helped me a lot.
